Issues with Translucent (Advanced)

Hi there,

I am hoping someone here can help me figure out the Translucent (advanced) material. In this video, KeyShot 6 Master Series Material control https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=79&v=hmy0BIKgxp8, I was trying to use the Translucent (advanced) as shown but my model is not rendering smoothly. Any other material I use results in a smooth render but with this one it's not. Any Ideas?
