downloading problem

Hello:

Is anybody having problems downloading the application? I am getting the message listed below under Opera/Firefox/IE, and I don't believe I misspelled my name or e-mail address :

"An error occurred during your registration.
Please send an email to [email protected] to get download information"

I sent 2 messages to support; one to [email protected] and another one to [email protected] but no answer so far.

I sent a response to you from suppor[email protected] at 1:41am PST. You may need to check your SPAM folder.

You can always download on the forum as well.

Thanks for your response. I haven't gotten any spam in my mailbox so far, and there was no message from [email protected]. I did find the download link on the forum though. Thank you, I am downloading it now!
