Rotation on Pivot

Hi guys,

i`ve tried to rotate several parts in my scene but it wont work in their local origin. you can only rotate them with selecting all and using global origin. so i need to rotate parts in their own origin that`s why i`ve tried to do something scripting and i need help.
i`m trying to create a rotation script for sub components of the scene. i`ve checked existing scripts random scatters script has some rotation option but it uses a different kind of calculation. Is there anyone tried to implement rotating as well well translating script?
it should ask you to select your objects or groups if possible and you tell it how much to rotate or move in which axis.
i`m sure it is not hard i just couldn`t understand  how to implement it.
