Despite checking "Include Alpha", it wasn't completly transparent

Despite checking "Include Alpha", it wasn't completely transparent, as you can see in the windows view, in the attached tiff image (You can still see there the HDR environment image). So I can't replace it with another image behind the windows.

Thanks Eric. After I read the link I understand that there are some "solutions", but in the end - it is a real bug in  KeyShot.

The glass is hidden. You see the HDR image through the windows.
I solved it by using the windows glass as a clown pass.
