Support for new "Microsoft Surface Dial" to change values by rotation

Would be really awesome to support rotation input devices like new "Microsoft Surface Dial"
on all input fields.

Probably one could collect ideas within this thread to use device to
- make workflow within keyshot even more efficient and
- bring some load to not-mouse hand (to reduce load of mouse hand)
