Small Icons on 4k screens

Hello guys
A friend of mine had a problem with keyshot Icons on his new laptop they appear really small.is there any way to increase the size of the icons?

Some of them. Right-click on the Toolbar at the bottom to change it. Sounds like Windows isn't scaling the icons properly as Macs with retina displays do fine.
