MacOS 10.11.6
KeyShot 6.2.105
Original model is Cinema4D
Steps to take to reproduce the problem: Duplicate any part; save the file; quit KeyShot; Reopen file; Nothing is displayed properly
KSP file has been sent to support@luxion.com

Thanks for sending. I'm checking it out now and it seems to be the part "Hinge Pivot Guide" causing the problem. The scale is 100000000. Did the part come over this way originally or did you accidentally scale it up?

monson67

Weird. It's nothing more than a sphere from Add Geometry (the KeyShot feature). I scaled it to a certain size in order to help with alignment, but the scale was something like 2.5x – not 100000000x.

So, with that removed, is my file stable again?

monson67

I took a look at that in my file, and it is definitely the problem. For future reference, could you tell me how you diagnosed the problem? I had no idea on where to even start.

Chad Holton

Yes, it seems to cooperate after removing this part.

The log file pointed out the issue. It can be turned on under Preferences>Advanced. I have my threshold set for information and to display on critical errors.
