The green ring and the Xbox logo don't have the LIGHT effect. Can somebody help me with that?

Have you applied an emissive material to the part that should be lit up?

If you have applied the emissive material, as Will said, you can increase the intensity when you edit the material. A bit of glow in post production can also help achieving this effect.

I haven't applied emissive material...I tried a translucent material with area lights
