Opening a file in Pro changes settings!
« on: February 03, 2011, 11:26:32 am »
If I set up a render in normal keyshot, when I open it in keyshot pro I expect everything to look the same. So why are all my settings different?

Some settings may be saving per computer.

Which settings are you seeing not coming across?

I'd tell you if I could figure out why my scene is taking forever to render.  ;)

I'm not sure. I've moved on from that since it's rendering so slow it's not worth doing in Pro anyway.
I'm trying to do just a freezer area and have now started to do it in small chunks and will have to composite them together in photoshop, if I can even get Those to render out.
I'm quite disappointed in the actual speed. At low setting I'm only getting maybe 45 seconds per frame, and that's with half the stuff turned off.

OK, raytracing didn't hold. That was the one that caused me to notice it.
Also, rendering samples, shadow quality, and I thought a couple other things, but those might have been location based so I didn't notice them this time because I compared with my Pro in the same location.
