Is there a way to get back deleted materials that has been removed from the library. I accidentally right clicked my mouse while selecting a material and the first action in the option box is to "remove material". I can't find the missing material in the application support folders. Do I have to re-install Keyshot again.

Can you make a fail safe method to prevent deleting by accident ie a warning message or position it lower down the menu.

Yes - you will need to re-install.

I agree that any remove or delete command should be difficult to execute, like with a warning or a redundant action required.
