labels - normal mapping issue - feature not available - Keyshot 7

hello guys,
i want to map a logo on a curved surface. it is a multilayer label mapping.
the base material is a Paint, then I map from a plane a label and it's fine, Then I map on it another label and i want it to me normal mapping.
Please explain me why sometimes there's the normal mapping available, sometimes there is not! it is always an easy png that i want to map. even if I try more than a time it happens that i manage to have the normal mapping, sometimes not.
please help me.

Have you tryed to center it on Part instead of on Model?
