question about the render pass
« on: September 06, 2017, 01:58:11 am »
Hi, i want to use the render pass to compositing the final image wihtout using the beauty layer directly.
for example i want to use the  lighting,diffuse,gi,reflection,and refraction pass to composte a image look as same as the beauty layer. but i can not finish this in
photoshop .
by the way,  i  rendered a image in vray,and  use the reflection     lighting  speculer GI(if the GI is open) can sucsesfully compositing a image looks the same as the beauty layer,just use the linear dodge (add) mode in photoshop .
so can anybody tell me how can i do this use the render pass of keyshot7
thank you

Quoted from Rex

"According to DriesV you can rebuild a render using the following formula.

Composite = (Direct Lighting + Indirect Lighting + Caustics) x Diffuse + Reflection + Refraction
+ --> Linear Dodge (Add)
x --> Multiply"
