What i do wrong with Dynamic Pivot

Who can help me?
How work correctly Dynamic Pivot?
I try understand this point. When i create some animation and than mirror it ..... mirror dont work correctly. Why?
What i do wrong? I trying long time to find the solution but have zero result.
Why in one way it work correctly and into another way NO (mirror) .... explain who know....
Please help me. Thanks!

The whole problem was in the hierarchy.
Do not correct placed parts for rotation un folders!
Thanks for everyone who look at my problem!
