render region and full render give different results - is this correct?

for some reason I am getting light bloom bottom left of my render.. not sure where it is coming from.. But if I region render small area then it looks ok?

working with interior mode.

Is that the reflection of a light that's somewhere else in the room? If so, try going into that light's material settings and look at the advanced options. Uncheck the 'visible in reflections' option. That might fix it.

Hi Will.. sure that will fix but my main question is why are the 2 results different?

I'm not entirely sure... I'd need to see the KS scene. Sorry.
