Planning to enter a few but I'm work traveling so I'll see how much time I got.

Anyways, here's one with cloudy materials (simulated with some dynamic bodies from C4D)

I feel like the image is lacking some contrast. I think it would look a lot more interesting with a higher contrast HDRI, and perhaps with some complimentary colors (the classic orange/blue hue contrast) in the lighting.

When inspecting contrast in renderings I sometimes pull the saturation all the way to 0.
I did that for your image as well and the result is a... grey soup. :D
Because of the lack of contrast, you loose a lot of form definition. All the gummies kind of blend together.

Haha it's all good. Definitely helpful and let me see what I can cook up next for the next iteration :)  should be interesting to add those colors to the HDRI
