Keyshot plugin + network render

I work on a Mac and in Fusion360.  When I use the plugin to send files to  keyshot I first of all can't save the files in the dropbox folder. I don't know why. I cant send renders to network render either. I need to save it locally on my computer and then restart the program and then I can save it where ever I want and use the network render again.

These problems only exist when I send the file with the plugin.
