Dormitory interior rendering

I always think that Keyshot is very useful for interior as well as products.
Below rendering images are the newly designed dormitory.

These are some of the strongest interiors I've seen rendered with KeyShot. It can be hard to get that bright, modern look of archiviz renderings. I think you've nailed it.

The light outside the window is simple rectangle plane. It has a slight blue color.

How you modeled those plants, sofa, pillows..? Since am using Creo Parametric for modeling (strong engineering 3D) organic shapes are always challenging for me
