Hi the label applied is showing two different roughness.. mmm? ideas?

INNEO_MWo

I did not understood that question. Sorry.
Do you search for a solution using one image as a label but driving different roughness based on the color? (Then color key mask is your friend)

Maybe you share a sample scene with a description of the goal?!

Cheers

I am having in the same material...some areas super shiny and some roughness in some others. This is the same material applied in a unique layer/mesh. Imagine you apply a material on a sphere...and the same sphere have parts really shiny and others rough...

I am not understanding what is driving this anomaly.
If you follow the yellow arrow you will see that the reflections are so crisp that will show the environment and in the same mesh...other roughness parts.

Any chance that you have two meshes directly on top of each other?

Scene uploaded. It seems to be the enviroment reflection.

If you turn off the backdrop ramp the label gets perfect shiny. If you turn on...gets rough cause the floor and shiny where the scene hits...
Still feels strange. Please confirm what you think.
