Hello,

I made my first animation with keyshot, it's an industrial process.
When I turn the performance mode off, do preview and save the animation the graphics are really nice but there are a lot of black dots. In performance mode I don't get the quality I want. What's the best way to save my animation in video format?

Thanks

That is simple and a little more time consuming to performance mode (that, by the way isn't made for final renders).
Use a lighting preset depending on the materials of your scene.
Slide the animation timeline to a point with noticeable shadow and let the live render clear the scene. (Notice the sample value)
Render the frames of the animation with max samples mode to be sure of a constant quality. And render the animation. Or just the frames if you want to merge them in post.

There are good webinars in KeyShot3D YouTube channel. The keyshot6 Master Series contains 3 Videos with animation. And Will created also some videos explaining animation stuff.

Cheers
Marco

(I didn't see your attached video files. iOS isn't capable to play them)
