The model is a 3D scan and I tried to render it using KeyShot.

Nice material! So fun to work with high quality scans isn't it :)

I thought you had rendered the watch from the title, but is there any link to Triwa Falken to this piece?

No, I just used that name because the name of the resource object is Triwa Falken.
