vertical coordinate is - Y ?

mmhhhh...

in my CAD software, the vertical or deep coordinate is... Z

:)

and for the architecture software also.
maybe it is a particularity for this.

Most mechanical engineering cad packages have Y as up. Most animation packages have Z as up. I started in Alias (which I do not consider to be an engineering cad package) and Z was up. This is logical for a package that began totally as animation tool as it reflects the 3D world we live in (x is longitude, y is latitude, and Z is altitude) . Mechanical packages used the convention of earlier drafting packages that were strictly 2D. So you would start your drafting that had x and Y coordinates. X was horizontal and Y was vertical. Z was considered going back into the screen. This legacy is carried through to 3D mechanical CAD packages; even PTC used this convention when they created Pro-Engineer (though at first they had no drawing creation).
