KeyShot crashing when try to rotate the model

Hey,

I started to have issues when rotating model (using Solidworks 2016). My keyshot 6 is now crashing always when I try to rotate my model. I shoud have good PC for that with 12-cores and 32 Gt RAM (See the Attachement). Maybe I can do something with in the settings. Can someone give any tips?
