I've been looking around a lot recently to purchase Keyshot, were is the best place to get the software and the maintenance?

I've been on several difference sites and the prices do vary, I can get from the states for a lot less than a UK based site. Would I have issues with that?

Should not matter. I'd just be sure to go though a legit seller. The prices should not vary largely.
