Well, I apologize then. But I often see people make requests to the effect can you tell me how you did your lights can you share how you did this and that and i watch the posts as i want to know too and it just goes unanswered but as of late i do see more sharing. Maybe the posters just post the image and never come back.

Absolutely LOVE this shot, so much going on and look at, and a brilliant example of caustics, for sure!

@Minizzi, sometimes english is a second language for some posting here and they aren't sure their explanations translate correctly. I would take this image as an example and try to reproduce the light setting you want to reproduce. For this shot, you can see the shadows producing a long, defined shadow, so the light source is likely low and fairly close. I recommend creating a quick test scene you can use to try different lighting when you see something like this - like a glass on a flat surface with light sources you can turn on and off.
