Hi Dave.
Even though it's not in performance mode, you might accidentally have turned off some things.
What are your settings under the 'lighting tab' in the 'project panel'?

Try selecting the 'product' preset and see if it helps.

Hi Esben

Many thanks for you advice
Here are my lighting setting

Its all really strange. It appears that the project file can no longer display any textures or labels. It all started when i tried adding some geometry with spot lighting. Maybe I have discovered a bug in the V8.2 release.. They only way I can find to try and recover the situation is export to another format and import again into KeyShot and spend many hours  adding textures and labels.

Did you moved the texture files from the previous path to another location?

Andersen EV

Hi

No all files in same location.
If i even try and add a new label to a part in the project file nothing appears.
Its so strange. I have never had such a problem before
Other project files open fine. So its not a Keyshot installation issue

Thanks
Dave

Any chance that you can share the scene as a KSP Package?

Try this, if you haven't already. Click the OPEN "folder" icon for each label and texture, locate them on your drive, and load them back into KeyShot. There's a good chance that they will show up exactly where you placed them and you won't need to spend time re-applying everything from scratch. Since the labels and textures are showing up in the scene tree, it appears KeyShot does know that they are supposed to be there but for some reason, it's not loading them into place. I've seen this happen in KS7.
