Hello,

We have two offices in different geographies, each with their own Keyshot floating licenses. We want to consolidate the IT setup in the smaller office and reduce the number of servers we run, so it it possible to either combine the licenses? or add two licenses to the same license server?

Due to the different geographies, the licenses are supplied from different resellers.

Hello ddit,

We would be able to combine both your license to one server as long as they are both the same version of KeyShot. If they are not the same version you would not be able to use both licenses on the same server because of confliction issues.

If you want to allow your designers to access KeyShot from a dedicated server that the license would be installed at you would need to make sure they can access the server. The way you can do this is to either be on a WAN or allow the ports being used by KeyShot floating license past the firewall.

The licenses being bought from different resellers is no problem at all we can still help you as we will make notes to the account.

If you have any further questions or need more help just let us know.

To help you with transferring your license to a new system, please provide the following information:

* Your current license files.
* Fill out, sign, and date the attached license transfer form.

Once that document is filled out can you send it to license@luxion.com

Perfect answer. Thanks very much.  Currently, the versions are not the same, so we will work on fixing that, then consider consolidating the licenses into a single file.
