We use Enermax Liqtech TR4 II 360 in the 2990 render farm machines we build.  We place the fans and rad in the front of the case drawing cold air in and then add fans to the top of the case venting out.  Our machines are lined up on shelves side to side.  When rendering temps are in the high 60's to low 70's.  However, we do have a climate controlled room set to 70 with extra fans circulating so it really isn't an apples to apples comparison to workstation in an office.

Sorry I forgot to ask, what is your CPU temp when idle?

37 - 46 °C on idle

Ok great, thanks for the info, mine is very similar, the only issue I have now is that the Wraith Ripper CPU cooler is too noisy for me to work on all day, so hopefully the Noctua will fix this.

How noisy are those Enermax coolers? I guess if you have lots lined up  its hard to tell.
From what ive read and asked about air coolers are the best option if you want things quieter.
