Thought I'd download the new Pantone assets. Problem is the Windows installer will not run on my laptop.Once the Windows installer was downloaded I moved it to my desktop and double clicked it to launch. Almost immediately it displayed the message in the attached image. :o So is the correct installer linked to the download button? I can't tell by looking at its properties.
My system specs are also attached, if that makes a difference for this issue.

Hello HaoldL,

Thank you for your post.
This error is more than likely due to the security settings on your machine. Could you please right-click on the executable and select "Open". The message will still pop up, but it should now give you an option to run it anyways.
Please let me know if that helps or not.

Tried the Run command and got the same message - can't run on this PC. Then after some more trouble shooting I downloaded the installer again. This time I noticed that it took a bit longer to download. When it was done I compared the file sizes and the first one I downloaded was 0 KB, the last one over 726,000 KB. So basically it looks like the first download didn't complete. The last download worked just fine.

HaroldL,

Thank you for following up.
That makes sense, I am glad you were able to figure it out.
Have a great day and happy rendering!
