Output Profiles?

Is there a way to save pre-configured output profiles? I find it exhausting to constantly change settings for each step of my work process; For example a "draft" profile with low-res settings and a "final" profile with specific settings for HQ prints.

I guess it maybe be possible with a script?!
Some example scripts contains render options.
