what is the best method to improve the light at bottom of the bottle?

Use a HDRI with a lighter color.
Increase the ray bounces.
Use a lighter color for the glass.
Use indirect bounces.

In addition to Ray Bounces, both Ground Illumination and Global Illumination play a role
