Hi all,
I am running the latest version of SketchUp Pro on a mac using OS Catalina.
I have installed the latest plug in for KeyShot export, but I am getting a load error message.
I've attached a text file of the message.
Has anyone experienced this lately?
I searched a bit here and see it was a problem back in 2011, but didn't see any recent posts.

Which version of the plugin are you using?

We very recently released version 1.3 which should fix this issue.

You can download it here.

Thank you!
The version that Sketchup points me to in the extension warehouse is version 1.2.
How do I install this version, I am only familiar with installing extensions using the extension manager, and that only gives me access to the older version.

I figured out how to point the SketchUp extension manager to a file on my computer (the latest download you gave me the link for), but now SketchUp is telling me the plug in is "not signed", and that I need to contact Keyshot for assistance in getting the plug in signed.
Are you familiar with this process?

I'm sorry to post so often, but after sitting and re starting SketchUp 3 or 4 times the extension has loaded and seems to be working.
Thank you for your help!
