Keyshot starts in full screen mode

My Keyshot starts automatically in the full screen mode. So when I exit out of it, the typical window frame appears BUT is complettly frozen and can't be moved or anything else. Only a forced restart is possible. anyone else has/had that problem?

Sorry you are having this issue, typically for something like this resetting KeyShot settings.xml  file will fix this issue.

If you navigate to C\User\%username%\Documents\KeyShot# inside this folder you will see a file called settings.xml
Deleting this will reset KeyShot back to it's default settings.  Hopefully doing this will correct the issue you are having.
