Material and Model online stores you recommend

Hi all,
I'm looking for recommended online stores which sell Materials and Models. Even it's better ,if they are optimized for Keyshot. I usually use Poliigon ( https://www.poliigon.com/ ) ,although all data seem not to be optimized for Keyshot but 3DS-max, Blender, and so on. As I'm working for a bathroom products maker, I'm seeking for Tile materials more than anything else.
