lightning problems using GPU for jewelry rendering

so as you can see on the videos ,  i would like to know the source of this problem
i know gpu < cpu , but with the RTX 2070 makes render very fast at least for preview

It looks like you have denoising on, and that there is too much noise for the denoiser to reconstruct a good image. What happens if you turn up the sample count? Or if you don't enable denoising?

i have made changes to my lightning setup but also increased render time by x3
i guess it was the denoiser like you said
this is acceptable and i will increase samples more for the final
