Weird lines on Render

I am getting these weird lines on my render. I have already tried rendering with both product and interior mode.
I have also tried changing to a different environment and light setup but these lines are still visible.
Material on the screen part is plastic with a Roughness of 0.01 and Refractive index of 1.46. is there any solution for this?

Yup for these sort of images you'll need an HDRI that's of higher quality. First check to make sure that the HDRI is not in preview mode (it should have a little warning on your live view screen in the top right corner). If this doesn't resolve it, double the size of your HDRI.
