Hey all, we're finally getting a remote location set up for some shared resources and we're running into an issue with the models. We have a few of our client's cosmetics pans modeled and set up with materials in the shared models folder, but only one of them seems to be recognized (if any at all). Is there a special procedure to get .BIP files to be identified as model resources? Main "models" folder is all set up in preferences.

[EDIT] To add that sometimes subfolders that are added disappear from the models hierarchy in KS, and when saving these .BIPs no JSON is created.

Hello Ryan,

You said that only one of them seems to be recognized (if any at all). What exactly do you mean by that?
Are only one of the client's cosmetics seen in the shared models folder and not all the time, or only one user is able to view the shared models folder?
.bip models cannot be used as a model, however .ksp files can.

Can you go into a little more detail regarding the disappearing subfolders?
What version of KeyShot are you using?
Please provide us with a step-by-step guide as to what you do to re-create this issue along with screenshots.
