Why is the wall texture blured in some spots?

I don't know why the wall texture is blured in some spots. I'm using planes with area light to lighten up the scene. I don't think is any problem with the wall material itself. At the spot where is "direct light" I can't see the texture. Can somebody help me find out the problem? Thank you!

Looks like interior mode, does it do this with other render modes? Also, just becuase I have to ask, is DOF turned off in the camera settings?

The other option is to just start disconnecting nodes in the mat graph and see if anything changes. I'd remove the displacement first, and see if that fixes thing. Make sure your Photographic Styles are al turned off.

Basically you want to just start turning things off in a methodical way to track down what parameter is causing this.

Check your firefly filter and denoiser settings as well as that sometimes result in goofy results.

yes forgot about that. The denoiser can really mess stuff up.
