Reversing Normals on entire body upon import?

Is there a radio button that allows Creo 8 users to reverse normals upon part body import?
It seems that are normals on many of our models we import from Creo using the plug in are facing inward.
We can flip these in KEYSHOT one part at a time. A time consuming project.
We do this for the need of using the rounded edges on our scene model. Everything on our final renders seems fine until
we zoom in a bit noticing that rounded edges are squirrelly unless we flip all the part normals. Readjusting red faces inwards...
Let us know if you notice the same when importing CREO models into KEYSHOT while using the latest plug in..
Added another photo of how the rounded edges reacts with the next surface below if the normals are facing inward.

Perhaps a newer version of a plugin may support invert of normals. The issue is caused by creo parametric. Did you start a support ticket?

To solve this easily, you can use PVZ (pre-tesselated by recipe but supports NURBS when rcp is configured right) or a parasolid file (x_t). The parasolid file flips the normals at nearly 100% of all parts. We recognized some (not very often) exception, when X_T has a few incorrect / inverted normals.

Hope that helps

Thanks Marco we'll give it a whirl:
Opting for the Parasolid file
considering a lionshare of the red normals
are facing out while using the Creo plug in from
Keyshot...
Submitting a support ticket as we speak.
Have a nice weekend,

Marco,
Normals 100% facing out on the parasolid file. All weldment upper assemblies are wiped out.
This helps a bunch when we are in the need of showing the beauty of clean rounded edges...
Interested to see how Keyshot engineers want to tackle the support ticket request.
We can send them files to work with from Creo...

Are you able to show us a screen shot where to configure the PVZ in the cad worker program (pre-tesselated by recipe configuration settings)
Kind regards,
Eric

Every Creo installation comes with the tool rcpedit.exe. Just drag the rcp file onto the exe and you'll able to customise it. The UI is not very user friendly, like most admin tools are. But it should be described in the admin manual.

Hope that helps
