Really basic question: How do you fit the working window to fit the monitor size. I changed monitor to a wide screen, which has fewer pixels vertically. This means that the resize handle is outside the screen (below) when you start the program. Really annoying. I recall having had this problem before though I have forgotten how to fix it. It's on a Mac Mini with M1 processor, lastest Mac OS.

Click this (see attached) then, hit the ESC key.

Thanks for the suggestion. Of course I tried that. It just doesn't work on the Mac version.

I'm on a Mac. That screenshot is of a Mac. It definitely works. Could be they changed it in the latest Mac OS but that seems doubtful as it's functioned that same way for decades. You can try hitting the F key in keyshot to go full screen but when you come out of it, the resize corner is still going to be out of view.

Hitting the F key does not work. What happens is this: Imagine that you have a 4K screen and run the program there at a window resolution close to what the screen can do. You then hook up a lower resolution screen, say a 1920 x 1080 pixel screen. Keyshot does not recognise that the bottom of the window is outside the visible area, which leaves the resize areas the bottom unavailable, and you can't move the window up either, so you are stuck. Clicking on the green resize dot that the top left corner does not work either, as it does not recognise the change in resolution. This applies to the main window as well as the windows you dock. I was able to fix it by hooking it up to a 4K screen, resize it to  make it fit into the other screen. In my book, that's a bug.

We have seen issues where when moving KeyShot to a screen with a higher resolution, the program does not scale to fit the new display without trying a few times.
Are you saying you are experiencing the opposite? That when moving KeyShot from a high resolution (4K) monitor to a smaller screen KeyShot does not respond?

What are the specifications of your Mac and what are the resolutions of both your monitors?
When dragging KeyShot, before letting go try moving it to the top center of the window to see if it expands to the correct display settings.
