Caustic Series Volume II - No.009 Volumetric Torus

Hello again -- last year I did a series of 8 pieces exploring caustics, and decided to come back this year and do another round.

This one in particular is exploring more volumetric caustics and bending light beams with refractive materials (IOR 1.5 in this case on the torus).
Some slight compositing here with photoshop. Model/scene built originally in Blender.

Ooh, very cool David! I dig it! Are the bubbles in the ring geometry or material?

Thanks Eric - those are 'bubble geometry node' in the material graph.  :)
