Problems with KeyShot 3 demo version

hello all,
I am new the forum and I hope to find help.
I'm looking to try the demo version of KeyShot 3, but I have a lot of problems when importing files from Rhinoceros crashes, but if I open models that are already in the software I have trouble seeing as I repeat the window with the 'item 3 times. I state that I work with an AMD Phenom X6 1100T with a saphire video card AMD 6950 with 1 GB of dedicated memory. My problem may depend on the configuration of my PC?
Please someone can tell me what to do and if you can solve the problem?
