Hope this is the right forum area!

New workstation, KS2& 3 fresh install goes ok then KS2 & 3 fail to start using Nvidia graphics.

Hardware:
Dell M4600 Precision mobile workstation
8GB Ram
Nvidia 2000M 2GB graphics, & Integrated Intel Graphics
Win7 x64 SP1 on 128GB SSD primary, 750GB sata second hdd

Installed:
keyshot_w64_2.3.2.exe   (-FULLINSTALLER-)
keyshot_w64_3.0.96.exe (-FULLINSTALLER-)
keyshot_w64_3.0.99_update.exe

Startup icons have "Run with Graphics Processor" options on RMB to run with "Integrated Graphics" or "High-performance Nvidia processor"
Not seen this before so I'm assuming this is a Win7/Dell/Nvidia hardware concoction.

V2 Keyshot.exe will not start, except very very occasionally, when "Nvidia 2000M" is selected as the "run with" graphics device
V2 Keyshot.exe will always start when "Integrated Graphics" is selected as the "run with" graphics device

V3 Keyshot3.exe will not start when "Nvidia 2000M" is selected as the "run with" graphics device
V3 Keyshot3.exe will always start when "Integrated Graphics" is selected as the "run with" graphics device

Not sure if this is going to be an issue for the user yet - still in my hands for setting up.

Crash Reports below, similar for both V2 & V3

V2 & V3 upgrade licensing has been successful after getting KS running using the integrated graphics option.
Not yet tried tweaking the Nvidia settings - hoping for some help in that area if it's appropriate.

Currently have KS V2 running successfully with NO similar issues on a Dell M6300, Win7 x64 SP1, Nvidia FX3500M, 4GB
(And no issues on other Dell units - M90 WinXPx32, 490 WinXPx32, T7400 WinXPx32, T7500 WinXPx32 Win7x64)

Would appreciate any thoughts on this issue........thanks

Since KeyShot utilizes the CPU and not the GPU, then pointing to the Integrated graphics is the way to go in this case.

Just make sure that you have openGL 2.x or higher installed.
