Catia R19 import on XP 64bit breaks

I'm testing KeyShot on a XP 64bit PC. The import of tessaleted assemblies from Catia (product + cgr) usually breaks after reading some meshes. The same assemlby I tested on a 32bit PC works.
the error is sth like this (free transcription from German):
"win32-exception in keyshot3.exe (1440). Error by just-in-time-debugging..."
It suggest I should change  Just-In-Time-Debugging option in VisualStudio, what I actually did, but no results
