instances ,control reflection and moving pivot

hello i use trial version and i hope you add three tools
- instance or proxy when we use many object to save rendering time and space in disk
- second is control intensity and blurry of reflection when use background
- third is tool to move pivot of object.

and i hope see version like student version for unemployed designers , i see like that in autodesk site.
