very slow environment tab refresh

Hi, In Keyshot 3.1 I had a problem where the materials tab and the environments tab took a huge amount of time to refresh (between 5 and 30 mins).  Initially this problem appeared to have been fixed in 3.2, but it has just started doing it again.  Any ideas?

Not sure... are your environments on a network drive?

It is on the network, yes.  But reading and writing to the drive outside of Keyshot is fine.
