'Clear all cameras' button

Whenever I want a blank list of camera views, I always find I have to click each one individually and then remove them. I think it would be quite nice to have a 'delete all cameras' button to make things easier and faster. Someone please let me know if this has already been asked or has been implemented in the latest update (I haven't had chance to yet).

That would be nice, also I would really like if I delete a camera if I go to the next camera in my list not to the default camera. I import/combine a lot of bips, and it is a lot of extra steps to delete all of the cameras that come in with the imports.

disable "import cameras" when you import will get you half way
