Hi,

We have Network Rendering with three machines using one PC as a 'farm'. We have replaced one of those machines with a new machine, but on the Network Queue there are still old jobs from the old machine in the list. We cannot delete these as only the user who created them can delete, and now that user doesn't exist. Is there any way to completely purge the Network Queue of all old jobs, regardless of who is doing the deleting...?!

I hope this makes sense and someone can help!

Your installation may vary, but try going to:
     C:\users\public\documents\KeyShot Render Node\Master
In there you will find some numbered folders.  Each will correspond to a job. You can delete the old ones if you have admin privileges.

Yes as @Ruckus described. You will be able to delete the job in the Master folder. Once the job as been deleted, you will need to restart the Master service through the 'Network Configuration'.

Hi Ruckus & Brandon,

That has done just the trick - thank you both very much.
