Do you do things the arduous way of trial and error, or do you export the leg to a mesh editor and generate UV maps ?

"Do you do things the arduous way of trial and error,"..do u mean if i try step to step, and then i choice the best result?
Nope, i have already uv maps on the model...i just spoke about texture..so i meant i have to try different texture maps , more resolution and different photo shots about a real wasp leg...
