render issues

Hi, I'm having some render issues, 3 of them that have been driving me crazy!)

First is i get spots on my model...it's not something i've put on..just a white metalic paint..and it turns out this way all over that material.

Third is that my carbon fiber has this strange look to it when rendered

I have had those spots before, this would be something I would like to resolve if anyone knows.

I think the problem is with the geometry.
