A few basic Qs about maps.

Hello, just found this software and wanna know 1) does it support ptex maps?
2) If not then whats the maximum resolution of uv maps in Keyshot?
3) And how do u guys render textured human faces with such a huge resolution and details? Multi-mapping?

We don't support ptex maps.
There is no limit to how big uv maps can be other than RAM.
The textured human face is all geometry.
